Muğla Ranks Third in Immovable Cultural Assets

The Turkish Statistical Institute (TURKSTAT) has released the Cultural Heritage Statistics for the year 2025. According to the announced data, the total number of museums across the country increased by 4.4 percent compared to the previous year, reaching 664.

Among the highlights of the newly published statistics, Muğla secured a prominent position. Based on the findings, Muğla ranked as the third province in Turkey with the highest concentration of immovable cultural assets.
