Charlie’s Chocolate Factory Play in Bodrum

Prepared by Basamak Yapım and meeting audiences for five seasons, the musical children’s play Charlie’s Chocolate Factory takes viewers into the mysterious world of the world’s most famous chocolatier, Mr. Wonka. The production tells the story of a contest where different methods are tried to find the golden tickets after Mr. Wonka announces he wants to give factory tours to the children who find them.

Conveying the adventures of Charlie, who finds his ticket entirely by chance, the production brings to the stage the situations of five different children in the contest, grandfather’s affection, and Mr. Wonka’s dances. Directed by Savaş Aktürk, the cast features Savaş Aktürk and İsmihan Celasun.

This pedagogically approved performing arts event meets art lovers at Metreküp Bodrum on Ortakent Cumhuriyet Street. With Ceren Altunırmak serving as the production officer, the show offers musical and entertaining moments that children can sing along with.
